Mouse monoclonal [B-D9] antibody to TNF alpha (FITC).

This antibody recognises human TNF-alpha, both natural and recombinant forms. The FITC conjugated reagent is designed for the detection and enumeration of TNF-alpha expressing cells in flow cytometric assays following cell membrane permeabilisation.

FC 1: Neat - 1:10, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 5 x 105 cells in 50µl
