Anti-Tau (phospho Ser404) Antibody [ARC58154] (A309488)

Western blot analysis of SH-SY5Y, using Anti-Tau (phospho Ser404) Antibody [ARC58154] (A309488) at 1:5,000 dilution. SH-SY5Y cells were treated by Okadaic Acid (100 nM) at 37°C for 1 hour and Calyculin A (100nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Rat brain cells were treated by λ-PP mixed solution (1ul) at 30°C for 30 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
