Western Blot - Anti-Src (phospho Tyr416) Antibody (A16668)

Src expression in NIH3T3 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with PDGF (100 ng/ml) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Src (Phospho Y416) Antibody (A16668) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
