Western Blot - Anti-Src (phospho Ser17) Antibody (A11001)

Src expression in 293T cell extracts analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with CIP (20uL/400ul) at 37°C for 1 hour. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Src (Phospho S17) Antibody (A11001) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
