Western Blot - Anti-RNF13 Antibody (A15517)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using PPIE antibody (A7061) at 1:1,000 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (HRP) (AS014) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020). Exposure time: 30s.

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-RNF13 Antibody (A15517)

Immunoprecipitation analysis of 200µg extracts of HeLa cells using 1µg PPIE antibody (A7061). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using PPIE antibody (A7061) at a dilition of 1:1000.
