Western Blot - Anti-RIP (phospho Ser166) Antibody [ARC62873] (A329804)

RIP expression in HT-29 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Z-VAD (50uM), TNF-a (50ng/ml), and BV-6 (200nM) at 37°C for 5 hour. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-RIP (Phospho S166) Antibody [ARC62873] (A329804) at a dilution of 1:4000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
