Western Blot - Anti-RelB (phospho Ser573) Antibody (A329796)

RelB expression in A20 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with PMA/TPA (200 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-RelB (Phospho S573) Antibody (A329796) at a dilution of 1:500 and detected with chemiluminescence.
