Western Blot - Anti-RCAS1 Antibody (A84223)

RCAS1 expression in A431 lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-RCAS1 Antibody (A84223) at 0.2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-RCAS1 Antibody (A84223)

RCAS1 expression in Human Skeletal Muscle analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-RCAS1 Antibody (A84223) at 3.75µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
