This antibody recognises rat kappa chains, showing a marked preference for binding to the Igka allotype which is present in AGUS, AO, AUG, BN, LEW, LOU, PVG and WAG strains but not in ACI, DA, F344, MSU or SHR rat strains.This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenic lymphocytes.
