Western blot analysis of rat Kidney, liver showing detection of 47.2 kDa PTEN protein using Anti-PTEN Antibody (A305206) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature with shaking. Load: 15 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk powder in TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG: HRP at 1:5,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes at room temperature. Predicted/Observed Size: 47.2 kDa. Other Band(s): 64 kDa.
