Western Blot - Anti-PTBP1 Antibody (A83482)

PTBP1 expression in K562 (A), nuclear Jurkat (B), KNRK (C), and NIH3T3 (D) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-PTBP1 Antibody (A83482) at 0.003µg/ml (A-C) or 0.001µg/ml (D) and detected by chemiluminescence.
