Immunohistochemistry of mouse liver and kidney using 0.5µg/ml of Anti-Polyethylene Glycol Antibody [RM105] (Biotin), followed by HRP conjugated streptavidin. The mouse was injected with PEG-BSA or BSA 3 hours before sampling.
ELISA of PEGylated BSA using Anti-PEG Antibody [RM105] (Biotin). The ELISA plate was coated with 50µL/well of BSA-PEG at 1µg/ml, 0.33µg/ml, 0.11µg/ml, and 0.04µg/ml. Different concentrations of Anti-PEG Antibody [RM105] (Biotin) were used as the primary antibody, followed by Alkaline Phosphatase conjugated Streptavidin.
Western Blot - Anti-Polyethylene Glycol Antibody [RM105] (Biotin) (A121290)
Western blot of BSA and PEGylated BSA (mPEG 5 kDa) using 0.1µg/ml of Anti-Polyethylene Glycol Antibody [RM105] (Biotin).
