Western Blot - Anti-PGAM1 Antibody (A83678)

PGAM1 expression in Human (A), Mouse (B), Rat (C), and Pig Liver (D) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-PGAM1 Antibody (A83678) at 0.05µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
