Anti-PDGFR beta Antibody [18A2] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [18A2] antibody to PDGFR beta (PE).

This antibody recognizes PDGF Receptor beta, the 180-190 kDa beta chain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor, which is widely expressed on a variety of mesenchymal-derived cells and plays pro-proliferative roles.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 20 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
