Western Blot - Anti-p53 (phospho Ser33) Antibody (A90465)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HT-29 cells, using Anti-p53 (phospho Ser33) Antibody (A90465) at 1:2,000 dilution or p53 antibody (A3185). HT-29 cells were treated by Nocodazole (100ng/ml) for 16 hours. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
