Western Blot - Anti-p15 INK4b Antibody (A82648)

p15 INK4b expression in Human Gastrointestinal Cancer lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-p15 INK4b Antibody (A82648) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
