Western Blot - Anti-NM23A Antibody (A82736)

NM23A expression in A549 (A) and HeLa (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-NM23A Antibody (A82736) at 0.01µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
