Western Blot - Anti-NLRP3 Antibody [ARC62768] (A329680)

NLRP3 expression in RAW 264.7 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with LPS (1 µg/ml) at 37°C for 8 hours. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-NLRP3 Antibody [ARC62768] (A329680) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

Confocal imaging of RAW 264.7 cells (treated with LPS) and RAW 264.7 cells (untreated) using Anti-NLRP3 Antibody [ARC62768] (A329680) at a dilution of 1:200 following further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:500 (red).
