Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa, using Anti-NF-kB p65 (phospho Ser536) Antibody [ARC55585] (A305925) at 1:2,000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by TNF-alpha+50nM CA (by 100ng/ml TNF-alpha + 50nM CA ) at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnightThe secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
