Western Blot - Anti-NDRG1 (phospho Ser330) Antibody (A90198)

Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat cells, using Anti-NDRG1 (phospho Ser330) Antibody (A90198) at 1:2,000 dilution or NDRG1 antibody (A2142). Jurkat cells were treated by Calyculin A (100nM) for 30 minutes. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
