Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells transfected with Myc-Tag and untreated HeLa cells using Anti-Myc Tag Antibody [ARC5004-12] (A305783) at a dilution of 1:100. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).

Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300µg extract cell lysate from 293T cells transfected with NLK expression vector containing a Myc-Tag using 3µg of Anti-Myc Tag Antibody [ARC5004-12] (A305783). This Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-Myc Tag Antibody [ARC5004-12] (A305783) at 1:5,000 dilution.
