Anti-muscle Actin Antibody [HHF35]

Mouse monoclonal [HHF35] antibody to muscle Actin.

This antibody recognizes muscle-specific alpha and gamma actin (42 kDa) in various species. This antibody stains skeletal, smooth and myocardial cells as well as myoepithelial cells and pericytes of small vessels. It is a widely used marker of muscle and muscle-derived cells.

WB: 1 µg/ml; Positive Control: murine femoral muscle, murine heart, negative control: HUVEC line; Reducing conditions, IHC-P: Antigen retrieval steps generally not required, but e.g. in case of arterial smooth muscle cells or myoepithelial cells, pepsin or trypsin pretreatment is recommended.
