Western Blot - Anti-Mre11 (phospho Ser676) Antibody (A329621)

Mre11 expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Calyculin A (200 nM) at 37°C for 18 hours following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Mre11 (Phospho Ser676) Antibody (A329621) at a dilution of 1:800 and detected with chemiluminescence.
