Western Blot - Anti-MEF2C (phospho Ser396) Antibody (A10882)

Western blot analysis of extracts of K-562 and MCF-7 cells, using Anti-MEF2C (phospho Ser396) Antibody (A10882) at 1:1,000 dilution. K562 cells were treated by 10% FBS for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. MCF7 cells were treated by EGF (100ng/ml) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
