Western Blot - Anti-MAPK14 (phospho Trp180) Antibody (A329704)

MAPK14 expression in NIH3T3 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with UV at room temperature for 15-30 minutes. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-MAPK14 (Phospho T180) Antibody (A329704) at a dilution of 1:500 and detected with chemiluminescence.
