Anti-Interferon gamma Antibody [4S.B3] (PE-Cyanine 7)

Mouse monoclonal [4S.B3] antibody to Interferon gamma (PE-Cyanine 7).

This antibody recognizes Interferon gamma, a 16-25 kDa cytokine produced by activated Th1 cells and NK cells. This antibody binds both glycosylated and non-glycosylated Interferon gamma.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests; Intracellular staining.
