Mouse monoclonal [F11] antibody to Integrin beta 3 (FITC).

This antibody recognises the rat CD61 cell surface antigen, also known as the integrin b3 chain.CD61 is expressed by platelets, megakaryocytes and osteoclasts.Clone F11 has been shown to inhibit the in vitro attachment of osteoclasts to various proteins including vitronectin, fibrinogen and von Willebrand Factor.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
