Anti-IL-18 Antibody [5-C-5] (Biotin)

Mouse monoclonal [5-C-5] antibody to IL-18 (Biotin).

This antibody recognises natural and recombinant porcine IL-18. Mouse anti Pig Interleukin-18 antibody, clone 5-C-5 does not recognize porcine IL-1beta, IL-8, IL-12 or IFNgamma, nor does it cross react with human or murine IL-18.

Biotin conjugated Mouse anti Pig interleukin-18 antibody, clone 5-C-5 may be used as a detection reagent in a sandwich ELISA assays in combination with MCA2093 as capture reagent.

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 4°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the product. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
