Western Blot - Anti-Histone H3 (phospho Trp6) Antibody (A92839)

Histone H3 expression in C2C12 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with nocodazole (50 ng/ml) at 37°C for 20 hours. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Histone H3 (Phospho T6) Antibody (A92839) at a dilution of 1:400 and detected with chemiluminescence.
