Western Blot - Anti-GSK3 beta (phospho Ser9) Antibody [AMC0523] (A309844)

GSK3 beta expression in various lysates analyzed by western blot. All cell types were treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-GSK3 beta (Phospho S9) Antibody [AMC0523] (A309844) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
