Western Blot - Anti-GAB1 (phospho Tyr307) Antibody (A329383)

GAB1 expression in NIH3T3 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with IGF-1 (50 ng/ml) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-GAB1 (Phospho Y307) Antibody (A329383) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
