Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Fyn (phospho Ser21).
Specificity
This antibody recognises FYN, when phosphorylated at serine 21. Fyn is a proto-oncogene tyrosine kinase. Fyn is phosphorylated at serine 21 by Protein Kinase A. Phosphorylation of FYN at serine 21 results in increased phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and contributes to cellular migration.
