Western Blot - Anti-FOXO3A Antibody (A83729)

FOXO3A expression in Human Heart lysate with (A) and without (B) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-FOXO3A Antibody (A83729) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
