Specificity
p-FoxO1/3/4 (T24/32) pAb detects endogenous levels of FoxO1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr24. This antibody also detects endogenous levels of FoxO3 and FoxO4 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr32.
