Western Blot - Anti-FGF23 Antibody (A84983)

FGF23 expression in Mouse Testes lysate 1 (A) and Testes lysate 2 (B) + peptide (C) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-FGF23 Antibody (A84983) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
