Western Blot - Anti-FAK (phospho Tyr397) Antibody [ARC62271] (A329357)

FAK expression in A549 cells analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with ?-PP mixed solution (1ul) at 30°C for 30 minutes. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-FAK (Phospho Y397) Antibody [ARC62271] (A329357) at a dilution of 1:4000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
