Western Blot - Anti-Factor B Antibody (A329355)

Factor B expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and 293F cells transfected with Complement factor B analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 30ug protein per lane with Anti-Factor B Antibody (A329355) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
