Anti-ErbB4 / HER4 (phospho Tyr1284) Antibody
Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ErbB4 / HER4 (phospho Tyr1284).
Specificity
This antibody recognises ErbB4, also known as receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-4 or tyrosine kinase-type cell surface receptor HER4, when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1284.ErbB4 is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family of receptor tyrosine kinases and plays a key role in the regulation of the nervous system, heart and mammary gland. Tyrosine 1284 of ErbB4 has been identified as a phosphorylation site.
