Western Blot - Anti-eIF4EBP1 (phospho Thr70) Antibody [ARC53785] (A308921)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-eIF4EBP1 (phospho Thr70) Antibody [ARC53785] (A308921) at 1:5,000 dilution. 293T cells were treated by 10% FBS at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. NIH/3T3 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37°C for 1 hour. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.
