Western Blot - Anti-EIF4E (phospho Ser209) Antibody [ARC1569] (A329341)

EIF4E expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with 20% FBS at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-EIF4E (Phospho S209) Antibody [ARC1569] (A329341) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
