This antibody recognises eEF1A1, also known as elongation factor 1-alpha 1, elongation factor 1EEF1A, EF1A, EF-Tu or leukocyte cluster member 7. eEF1A1 is an isoform of the alpha subunit of the elongation factor-1 complex. The elongation factor-1 complex plays major roles in both translation and nuclear protein export.
