Anti-DEP1 Antibody [MEM-CD148/05] (APC)

Mouse monoclonal [MEM-CD148/05] antibody to DEP1 (APC).

This antibody recognizes CD148, a highly glycosylated up to 250 kDa receptor-like protein tyrosin phosphatase expressed mainly in lymphocytes, myeloid cells and epithelial cells.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
