Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300µg extract cell lysate from 293T cells transfected with GSK3B expression vector containing a C-terminal DDDDK tag (1x) using 30µl of Anti-DDDDK Tag Antibody [AMC0515] (Magnetic Beads) (A81214). Magnetic Beads-conjµgated mouse IgG isotype control polyclonal antibody (AC044N) was used as a negative control. This Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-DDDDK Tag Antibody [ARC5111-01] (A305669) at 1:10,000 dilution.

This Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-DDDDK Tag Antibody [ARC5111-01] (A305669) at 1:5,000 dilution.
