Western Blot - Anti-CYP8B1 Antibody (A329303)

CYP8B1 expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and 293F cells transfected with CYP8B1 analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 20ug protein per lane with Anti-CYP8B1 Antibody (A329303) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
