Mouse monoclonal [BNI3] antibody to CTLA4 (PE-Cyanine 5).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular domain of human CD152, an approximately 45 kDa type I transmembrane protein serving as a negative regulator of T cell responses.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
Human CD152-IgG heavy chain fusion protein.
