Western Blot - Anti-CREB (phospho Ser133) Antibody (A10868)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa cells, using Anti-CREB (phospho Ser133) Antibody (A10868) at 1:2,000 dilution or CREB1 antibody (A11064). HeLa cells were treated by Anisomycin (25 ug/mL) at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
