Western Blot - Anti-CREB (phospho Ser129) Antibody (A329281)

CREB expression in 293T cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with ?-PP mixed solution (1ul) at 30°C for 30 minutes. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-CREB (Phospho S129) Antibody (A329281) at a dilution of 1:400 and detected with chemiluminescence.
