Western Blot - Anti-Chk1 (phospho Ser345) Antibody (A11056)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-Chk1 (phospho Ser345) Antibody (A11056). The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.

Western blot analysis of extracts of C6 cells, using Anti-Chk1 (phospho Ser345) Antibody (A11056) at 1:1,000 dilution or Chk1 antibody (A7653). C6 cells were treated by ATP(5 mM) at 30°C for 1 hour. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 5min.
