Western Blot - Anti-Chk1 (phospho Ser280) Antibody [ARC62579] (A329262)

Chk1 expression in 293T cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Chk1 (Phospho S280) Antibody [ARC62579] (A329262) at a dilution of 1:2000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
