Western Blot - Anti-CDK1 (phospho Trp14) Antibody [ARC66339] (A329246)

CDK1 expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Hydroxyurea (4 mM) at 37°C for 20 hours. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-CDK1 (Phospho T14) Antibody [ARC66339] (A329246) at a dilution of 1:3000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
